# Sony A75L 65" OLED TV *Published: 2025-12-27 | Updated: 2025-12-27 | Source: https://shopsavvy.com/products/sony-a75l-65"-oled-tv* --- **Brand:** Sony **Price Range:** $899 - $1999.99 across 10 retailers ## Pros - Outstanding picture quality with stunning 4K HDR visuals and excellent color accuracy, delivering a truly immersive viewing experience. - Exceptional image upscaling that makes lower resolution content like 1080p look impressively sharp and detailed. - Gaming features optimized specifically for PlayStation 5, including VRR to reduce lag, judder, and screen tearing. - Smooth, user-friendly Google TV interface with responsive voice control via remote, making app navigation and commands straightforward. - High-quality built-in sound system that creates a virtual surround experience comparable to multiple speakers, enhancing movie and gaming audio. - Shared hardware and operating system with higher-end Sony OLED models, ensuring top-tier panel and processor performance. - Sleek design and solid construction that fits well into modern home entertainment setups. - Good compatibility with external sound systems like Sonos for users wanting enhanced audio setups. - 120Hz refresh rate offers noticeably smoother motion clarity compared to standard 60Hz TVs. - Ideal for low-light or dim environments, making it perfect for movie watching and gaming in such conditions. ## Cons - Limited built-in sound system: the two-channel speakers may not satisfy users who rely solely on the TV’s audio without an external sound system. - The TV stand is fixed and not adjustable, reducing flexibility for different viewing setups. - Brightness, while good for an OLED, could be better in very brightly lit rooms, which might affect daytime viewing. - Some users report freezing and recurring issues with streaming apps that are not resolved through recommended updates. - The absence of a built-in microphone means voice commands must be done through the remote, which may be cumbersome for some. - Reliability concerns with reports of the TV failing after about 1.5 years, and Sony’s one-year warranty leaves repair costs entirely out of pocket. - Repair and diagnostic fees are reported to be expensive, with customer service support reportedly unhelpful in some cases. - The channel guide and Google integration take some time to get accustomed to and may feel less intuitive to users used to other platforms. ## Specifications | Attribute | Value | |-----------|-------| | model | XR65A75L | | mpn | A75L | | brand | Sony | | manufacturer | Sony | | weight | unknown | | color | black | | type | OLED | | resolution | 4K Ultra HD | | year | 2023 | ## Last Seen Prices | Retailer | Price | Availability | Last seen | Store's standard terms | |----------|-------|-------------|-----------|------------------------| | [retailers/thehdtvspot](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/NwddCJtTPk0KJR0YDaAK/offers/1e3b7a84-436b-a972-4a7c-5bc905774470?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $899.00 | In Stock | 2025-12-27 (may have changed) | | | [Best Buy](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/NwddCJtTPk0KJR0YDaAK/offers/e99cb942-7312-b008-bae5-64a1a2307bcb?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $899.99 | In Stock | 2026-10-02 | 15-day returns (in store too) · free return shipping · free shipping on $35+ | | [retailers/applianceandelectronics](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/NwddCJtTPk0KJR0YDaAK/offers/7ff074f0-eb82-328f-1791-8f22daec63c5?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $1299.99 | In Stock | 2025-12-27 (may have changed) | | | [Abt Electronics](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/NwddCJtTPk0KJR0YDaAK/offers/dcce716b-93e5-dbde-b04f-a47d7cab24dc?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $1498.00 | In Stock | 2024-01-24 (may have changed) | 30-day returns (in store too) | | [Data Vision](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/NwddCJtTPk0KJR0YDaAK/offers/2d715a9f-cce2-6d8d-8799-42d98dd0e288?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $1498.00 | In Stock | 2023-12-29 (may have changed) | 45-day returns | | [dealnews](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/NwddCJtTPk0KJR0YDaAK/offers/2cb0a1da-73a9-e0c6-8297-6549c5697714?source=shopsavvy&medium=product-page) | $1498.00 | In Stock | 2024-01-25 (may have changed) | | | [P.C.
